Masseria Sciaritelle

Masseria Sciaritelle is a charming farmhouse situated in the heart of Sicily, surrounded by sprawling fields of grains and pastures. The building’s location is quite impressive – perched atop a hill, it has the structure of a fortress and offers a commanding view of the picturesque countryside below, all the way to Enna, the Madonie Mountains, and the antic villages that surround them.

The farm primarily produces cereal crops like wheat and barley, as well as legumes such as broad beans, vetch, and clover. Spanning 100 hectares, the property also includes grazing land for cows and goats, which provide both milk and meat.

To enhance the guest experience, the owners decided to transform the old buildings of the Masseria into an agritourism destination. They renovated the stables, warehouses, and granary into six charming guest rooms, and added a swimming pool, restaurant, and wellness center to offer even more amenities and elevated hospitality. Seeking to promote their property, they enlisted our help to manage the Masseria and start welcoming guests. As the structure was still in great conditions, we skipped directly to the property management part.
